Intermediate Dry Tooling (6hrs)This clinic is designed for climbers aiming to elevate their drytooling skills, build confidence on steeper and more technical terrain, and enhance efficiency and creativity with tools. Focusing on technique, body positioning, and modern movement, you'll learn to combine ice climbing fundamentals with rock climbing precision, exploring tool placements, balance, and control across various features and angles. We’ll cover route-reading, advanced placements, body tension, problem-solving in overhanging terrain, and managing pump and efficiency, with personalized feedback to help you push your limits and progress as a drytooler.
Prerequisites: Basic understanding of gear and drytooling techniques.
